Vitamin D3 100,000 IU/g
Brief Introduction:
Vitamin D3 100 CWD consists of off-white to yellowish, free-flowing beadlets. The powder particles contain vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) dissolved in edible fats finely in droplets of 0.5μm - 2μm embedded in a matrix of gum arabic (E414) and sucrose, and coated with starch. The product contains Mixed Tocopherols (E306) as an antioxidant.
Dispersibility:
Vitamin D3 100 CWD disperses quickly and completely in cold water at 10℃, fruit juices, milk and other liquids. High concentrations may give cloudy dispersions which, however, remain uniform for relatively long periods.

Stability and Storage:
Vitamin D3 100 CWD is sensitive to air, light and humidity. The product may be stored for 24 months from the date of manufacturing in the unopened original containers and at a temperature below 25℃. The "best used before" date will be printed on the label. Please keep the containers tightly closed before using, once opened, please use up the product as soon as possible.
Uses:
For food preparations which are reconstituted with liquids.

Vitamin D3 100 CWD meets all requirements of the Ph. Eur. when tested according to this compendium. The vitamin D3 contained in this product also meets all requirements of the USP when tested according to this compendium.
