Soya Lecithin Liquid
Brief Introduction:
Soybean lecithin is a product extracted from the oil foot of soybean oil. It is an ester composed of glycerin, fatty acid, choline or cholamine, and can be dissolved in oil and non-polar solvents. The composition of soybean lecithin is complex, mainly containing lecithin (about 34.2%), cephalin (about 19.7%), inositol phospholipid (about 16.0%), phosphatidylserine (about 15.8%), phosphatidic acid (about 3.6%) and other phospholipids (about 10.7%), in the form of light yellow to brown viscous liquid or white to light brown solid powder.

Effects:
Soy lecithin not only has strong emulsifying, wetting, and dispersing effects, but also plays an important role in promoting fat metabolism in the body, muscle growth, nervous system development, and anti-oxidative damage in the body.
Medicinal Value:
Lecithin has a certain effect on the prevention of the following diseases:
1. Arteriosclerosis
Arteriosclerosis (high blood pressure, myocardial infarction, cerebral hemorrhage): Usually, arteriosclerosis begins in middle age, but as people eat a lot of meat and fat, the onset of arteriosclerosis tends to be younger, and more men than women; Patients with arteriosclerosis usually suffer from hyperlipidemia and high cholesterol levels, and the prevalence rates of hypertension, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, and cerebral hemorrhage are also correspondingly high. Experiments have shown that eating lecithin can significantly reduce high blood fat and high cholesterol, thereby preventing arteriosclerosis.
2. Liver disease
Liver disease (cirrhosis, hepatitis, fatty liver): With the increasing number of diseases in modern civilization, alcohol and high cholesterol have become two important factors for fatty liver and cirrhosis. The anti-alcoholic effect of lecithin and its powerful emulsifying effect can fully protect liver cells, and at the same time promote the activation and regeneration of liver cells and enhance liver function.
3. Alzheimer's disease
The reduction of neurotransmitters (acetylcholine) in the brain is the main cause of Alzheimer's disease, and "choline" is the basic component of lecithin. Sufficient supply of lecithin will ensure that there is enough choline in the body to synthesize "acetylcholine", thereby providing sufficient information transduction substances for the brain, effectively preventing the occurrence of Alzheimer's disease.
