Sea Cucumber Gonad Peptide
The Production Process of our Sea Cucumber Gonad Oligopeptide:
Step 1: Wash the sea cucumber gonad, soak them in water, boil the soaked sea cucumber gonad in boiling water, and then crush and homogenize them to obtain a homogenate;
Step 2: Add active biological protease and solid-state fermented liquor to the homogenate for enzymatic hydrolysis to obtain an enzymatic hydrolyzate;
Step 3: Heat the enzymatic hydrolyzate to cause the active biological protease to lose activity, and then perform rough filtration to obtain a rough filtrate;
Step 4: Perform ultrafiltration on the crude filtrate to obtain ultrafiltrate, and concentrate the ultrafiltrate to obtain clear liquid;
Step 5: After drying the clear liquid, sea cucumber gonad oligopeptide is obtained.

♔ Our sea cucumbers are all produced in sea areas above 42 degrees north latitude. Because the water temperature in this area is relatively lower, sea cucumbers have a longer growth cycle and there are more mature sea cucumbers. Moreover, the nutritional value of sea cucumbers in this sea area is higher, the sea cucumber cerebroside content in sea cucumbers in this area is 20 times that of other sea areas;
