Short Description:

Rice peptide is made by mixing rice protein powder with sodium sulfite solution to obtain rice protein slurry, which is enzymatically hydrolyzed by adding protease, and then sterilized, filtered, concentrated, sterilized and freeze-dried. The product has high purity, 100% soluble in water with slight bitterness, it is an ideal vegan nutritional ingredient for solid drinks and high transparency formulas.

Storage Conditions
