Vitamin B2 participates in the normal growth of cells, promotes wound healing, strengthens nails and hair, is also an important component of coenzymes, participates in the synthesis and metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats, and participates in the composition of red blood cells and the transport of iron.
