Brief Introduction:
Menthol Acetate, also known as menthyl acetate or 5-methyl-2-(propan-2-yl)cyclohexyl acetate, is a colourless to light yellow liquid, the CAS number is: 89-48-5, the EINECS number is: 201-911-8, the molecular formula is: C12H22O2. It has an aroma similar to tea, mint, and fruit, and a slightly refreshing scent.
Solubility:
Slightly soluble in water and glycerol, miscible with organic solvents such as ethanol and ether.

Applications:
Menthol Acetate can be used to prepare edible flavours such as mint, spearmint, raspberry, peach, etc.
♔ Suggested Dosage: The concentration in the final flavoured food should be between 4 mg/kg and 26 mg/kg.
