L-Serine
Brief Introduction:
L-serine is an important amino acid, with CAS number: 56-45-1 and molecular formula: C3H7NO3. It is an important intermediate metabolite in organisms, a precursor of various amino acids, nucleotides, choline and phospholipids, and is involved in the synthesis of protein production, lipids, nucleic acids and neurotransmitters.
L-serine has a positive effect on brain health and cognitive function, may help control inflammatory reactions in the brain, and repair mental function in disease states. It also plays an important role in strengthening immune function and regulating regular sleep.
