Food Grade Fructose
Brief Introduction:
Crystalline fructose is the most common ketohexose, which exists in honey and fruit, and mixed with glucose is equivalent to the daily consumption of sucrose. It is a new type of all-natural, sweet-flavored functional sugar extracted from various fruits and grains. Because its metabolism does not depend on insulin, it is not easy to gain weight due to fat accumulation, and it does not have the disadvantages of dental caries.
Product Performance:
Fructose is a white, odorless crystal or crystalline powder with strong hygroscopicity; it tastes sweet, and its sweetness is 1.3 to 1.8 times that of sucrose.
