Brief Introduction:
Fish oil is a kind of oil extracted from fatty fish. It is rich in various n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (n-3PUFA) including eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA, commonly known as brain gold).
