Applications:
Scope of Use:
It is suitable for the post-finishing processing of cotton, silk, wool, polyester, acrylic and other fiber yarns and fabrics; it can also be used for soft finishing of jeans, washed cloth, sweaters and other towel factories in washing plants, which can make the finished fabrics Towels are plumped, fluffy, thickened and more.
Instructions:
Chemical method: mix this product with water at a ratio of 1:9-20, first heat and dissolve HT325, then add 1/10 of water and stir well, then add 1/10 of water for the second time and stir well, so Repeat the operation, and finally add the rest and stir for 5-10 minutes, set aside.
Recommended Dosage and Conditions: (Standard Concentration):
Dipping method: 0.5-2% (o.w.f) 30-45℃×15-30min (reference)
Padding method: 20-50g/L liquid rate 60-80% --- drying at 100°C (reference)
