Ergothioneine
Brief Introduction:
Ergothioneine is a natural antioxidant with multiple physiological functions and a wide range of applications. It is mainly found in some fungi and plants, such as ergot and ganoderma lucidum, and can be obtained through food intake or synthesis by intestinal microorganisms.
Ergothioneine has multiple physiological functions such as scavenging free radicals, detoxification, maintaining DNA biosynthesis, promoting normal cell growth and enhancing cellular immunity.
