Directions

  1. Dissolve this product in room temperature water and add to the wet flour.
  2. Or mix this product with dry flour.

Warnings

  1. This product contains Aluminum Potassium Sulfate Dodecahydrate(Alum), overuse will lead to excessive aluminum levels.
  2. This product contains food additive ammonium bicarbonate, heating will produce ammonia smell! However, ammonium bicarbonate will all volatilize when heated above 60 degrees Celsius, then the final food product will not have ammonia smell at all.
