Brief Introduction:
Alginate is a linear long-chain molecule which is irregularly linked by 1,4-mannuronic acid (M) and 1,4-guluronic acid (G), the functional oligosaccharides obtained through certain cleavage reactions are fucoidan oligosaccharides.
